Flexibility in accounting an opportunity for the company that through the manipulation of financial information، have some abuses to cover their actual financial swing. Therefore، the aim of this study is investigate the impact of Auditors ethical on the discovery of manipulated financial data. For this purpose the indicators information of independence، integrity، impartiality and ethical rules on how the ethics of auditors، by means of questionnaires from the auditors and CPAs were collected and analyzed. Inferential tests results of mean and confirmatory factor analysis of structural equation showed that Auditor's ability to detect manipulated of financial information is impacted by Ethical rules of auditing، independence، impartiality and integrity and ethical aspects of the audit considerably. Business ethics are all of those principles and norms that determine the behavior of the organization. Islamic values and principles represent the way of a perfect and sublime life. Though substantial research has been carried out on employees’ reactions to organizational justice rules, far less research has examined the ethical and ethical causes of managers to adhere to the rules of justice. Taking a proactive approach to organizational justice, the present study the causes of managers’ adherence to distributive, procedural, informational, and interpersonal rules of justice. The statistical population of this research was the managers at the different levels of employed management practices selected from 34 government organizations. The sample under study included 356 people selected through cluster sampling. The data collection was conducted using standardized questionnaires. Data analysis was performed through confirmatory factor analysis and parametric statistics using Smart PLS and SPSS software. The results of the research revealed that both cognitive (i.e. effective compliance with subordinates, desirable social identity maintenance, and justice) and affective (i.e. high positive affect and low negative affect) motives were associated with managerial adherence to justice rules. Moreover, cognitive motives were more strongly associated with justice rules adherence for justice dimensions over which managers perceived less discretion, while affective motives were more strongly associated with justice rule adherence for justice dimensions over which managers perceived much more discretion. For this purpose, after reviewing the literature and theoretical foundations of the research, it has been done using a mixed technique (content analysis and structural equations). In this research, in the qualitative section, using the content analysis technique to examine the opinions of 15 experts who are successful bosses and exemplary managers in the banking sector of the public sector at the level of the country's ranks and headquarters through open and in-depth interviews (semi-structured) Snowball sampling was performed. In order to obtain validity and evaluate the strength of the extracted data from the interview, transferability, reliability and verification criteria were used. Data extracted from interviews conducted by thematic analysis method, as 164 open codes (concepts) and 4 pivotal (category) in seven factors in two categories of organizational political behavior and management of organizational political behavior with the approach of ethical principles using MAXQDA software analysis and analysis Were And the research model was drawn from the software output. In a small section, using the questionnaire and after measuring the reliability and reliability and reliability, 365 employees of Bank Melli and Sepah employees based in Tehran province's branches and headquarters were examined by classification method and random sample. Then, using LIZREL software and confirmatory factor analysis technique (CFA), the effect of organizational political behavior management with the approach of ethical principles on the six identified factors of the occurrence of organizational political behavior was examined. Nowadays, Being in line with the advancement of science and the complexity of technological processes, technological cooperation between different companies is an important and strategic feature for companies and technological cooperation between companies is an important and valuable strategy to strengthen and spread innovation. In the methanol industry, forming alliances between methanol companies has quickly become the dominant position for commercializing innovation. The study of the drivers of strategic alliances between methanol companies in Iran is one of the important and significant issues that is addressed in this article. For this purpose, the stages of alliance formation were reviewed and the factors affecting each of these stages were identified and evaluated. In this study, the views of 12 experts from methanol companies and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method were used. The primary and secondary data and information were used and based on the primary data collected through interviews and observations and secondary data obtained from library studies, the first stage questionnaire was developed. The results of the first questionnaire provided the possibility of identifying the factors that according to experts had the greatest impact on the success of methanol companies. In the next stage, based on the criteria obtained from the theoretical foundations of research and studies conducted in this field, the optimal model of the mentioned factors was presented based on their impact on the success of the alliance. The obtained model refers to the effect of market success index, sustainability, financial success and improving the competitive situation on the success or failure of strategic alliances. The statistical population of the study included all administrative staff and managers of manufacturing industries in Mazandaran province, the number of which was equal to 10962 people, the sample size was estimated to be 371 people using Krejcie and Morgan table. After designing the researcher-made questionnaire, a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed electronically and in person among the statistical sample, which according to the number of completed questionnaires, the number of statistical samples of the research in the present study reached 371 people. Data analysis was performed using smart pls3 and spss 20 software. The results showed that the effect of moral emotions and its sub-dimensions (moral education and growth, moral qualities, moral self-awareness) on environmental citizenship behavior was confirmed. It seems that the relationship between moral emotions and their impact on environmental citizenship behavior is important and there is a significant relationship between them and the results of this study improve the perception of factors that create employee involvement in environmental citizenship behaviors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of applying accounting information systems on labor productivity in manufacturing firms in the period 2013 – 2018. With the help of IT software, the estimation of the model of the impact of accounting information systems on the productivity of the workforce in automobile manufacturing companies of Iran has been investigated. In order to analyze the statistical data of the present study, the information was first set up in the general information table or the maternal table, Then, all data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, using SPSS software, especially SPSS software. The results of testing the research hypotheses show that accounting information systems play an important role in labor productivity in manufacturing firms. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between accounting information systems and labor productivity in manufacturing firms. Therefore, it can be concluded that accounting information systems influence the productivity of labor firms in terms of effective management, decision making and performance control. And manufacturing companies that want to increase their efficiency in terms of profitability and adaptability to market changes can achieve this by investing in a proper accounting information system in their financial accounting processes. The purpose of the present study is to design a model of excellence of green human resource management in electricity distribution companies in north of Iran. The statistical population of the study consists of two sections of experts and staff and the method of collecting information in both library and field form. DEMATEL technique was used to explain the structural relationships between the factors of green human resource management excellence model, the Dallala test was used to determine the weight of factors identified by ISO 34000 HR model, and the Analytical Hierarchy process(AHP) technique was used to evaluate factors and prioritize them. Based on the structural equation analysis, it was also found that all four systems are associated with green human resource management from the employees' point of view, and the highest relationship is related to education and the least to application. As a result, the designed research model confirms the impact of human resource management systems on green human resource management and based on the result of AHP technique from the point of view of experts, priority is given to training and improvement, keep, recruitment and application and according to Theoretical support, high agreement of experts and statistical calculations of model fit are valid and can be used as a criterion for future research in order to build a tool for related research. Thanksgiving is also one of the most important moral virtues and the characteristics of educated man. The Holy Qur'an and hadiths of the Infallibles (a) have taken a special look at the issue of keeping promise and thanksgiving and have repeatedly ordered both. But the uneducated man, not only in relation to other human beings, but also in relation to his Creator, takes the path of breach of promise and ingratitude. The Holy Qur'an has condemned the breach of promise and ingratitude of previous nations and tribes by mentioning their performance and reminded of their adverse consequences. Among those consequences are the destruction of property, the moral disease of hypocrisy, deprivation of spiritual success, world destruction, and becoming the dwellers of hell, and each of these alone can be sufficient incentive and motivation to address the subject of the present article. The result of the process of investigating the factors, cases and consequences of the breach of promise and ingratitude is to achieve the conclusion that from the perspective of the Holy Quran, the way to prevent these two unpleasant moral components is to rely on the two main axes of all moral virtues, namely patience and prayer, along with righteous deeds. By using commentaries of scholars of interpretation and Ethics books related to scientists of morality science, constantly remembering God, not being unaware of death, fear of retribution for deeds and purification of the soul can be considered in line with these two solutions.
